In my own test on a Mac Pro running Mavericks, turning this extension on and off changes the PreventUserIdleSystemSleep setting to 1 and 0, respectively, when you run 'pmset -g assertions' in Terminal. It works:) incredible it should be a problem to use an equalizer in 2012, the newer windows product you use the more bad it gets.

And isn't it strange: on my two year old arm6 processor android phone from Samsung I just download an app. And 10 seconds later it works.

Let's say a group of 6 to 8 controls to gradually amplify groups of frequencies; it's impossible to divide frequencies into perfect elementary frequencies; you can only amplify in 'groups': low frequencies, middle sector and high frequencies. Think of it like this: you have at least three groups of frequencies to enhance: 20-1000 Hz (BASS), 1001-10 000 Hz ('middle range') and 10 001- 20 000 Hz. Usually, nobody can hear frequencies over 20 kHz, regardless of age or health state; (at least, if their human.:D ).

Same problem here - in my case I think it's connected to the installation of a program called PDF Creator. I found a Scheduled Task similar to what's shown in the removal page Alex linked to, but in my case the name of the task and executable were different. I used CCleaner to find the task, but you can go to: Start -> Accessories -> System Tools -> Scheduled Tasks and double-click on each of the tasks. Look for anything in the 'Run' field that looks strange.
