Will Magic Trackpad and Multi-Touch Trackpad Update work good on macOS 10.13.4? See discussion Magic Trackpad and Multi-Touch Trackpad Update. This update adds support to Mac OS X for the Magic Trackpad and is required for its use.

Left-Mouseclick and mouse-over recognition do not work with my MacBook Pro. Hi there, after loading the game, everything seems fine. First I get an update-history-window, after that I get the menu, I can do the settings, I can start a new game, I get the missions introduction-note. After quitting this I am standing in front of my 'new' office.

Then the issues start: I can move the mouse, so the camera moves (way too fast – you hardly can control, where to look). But the gameplay does not react on leftclick, nor does it recognize the item to grab while mousover. I saw in a letsplay on YT it normally does change the curser and ask for clicking. So I cannot get rid of the waste in front of the office-door – and continue playing, or in other words, even start playing. The only thing I can do is moving the camera (way to fast).

Wireless mouse software for mac. I CAN do rightclick, changing the tool (while having just one at this stage – my hands). But leftclicking is impossible.

Games For Mac That Use Trackpad

It ist possible in the menu and in the settings though. After continuing gameplay returning from menu, all the same. No leftclick, no mousover.

Exactly same issue with the build-in trackpad of my MacBook (exept for the camera movement is not as fast as the mouses and I can control it a bit better). So the leftclick and mousover is not a problem of the mouse itself. I even tried two different devices. --- Plus: The game starts only in 'House Flipper (Open-GL) version'.

The 'default version' crashes shortly before loading is finished. --- Computer-Setup: Macbook-Pro late 2013 15 ' Retina IntelCore i7 8GB Ram Mac OS 10.11.6 Graphics Intel Iris Pro 1,5 GB Apple Magic Mouse --- Thanks for your help in advance. Greetings Manuel. I'm having similar issues I even ordered a new mouse on Amazon and updated my MacOS, thinking that might fix it. This morning I sent them emails via their website with my play log and the various issues we're facing.

Right click works, left click works except to place, buy or remove items. A single click is actually picking up items. Oh and all the tools I earned yesterday disappeared. I'm able to play in either the regular or OpenGL versions, but having the same issues in both versions.

I'll post a reply here, when they get back to me. Fingers crossed it's fixed by morning. Originally posted by PaxCoffee:This is actually a lag issue. I messed around with the settings to reduce lag (textures ultra low, reduced resolution, etc) and now left click works every time. It's painfully slow. I might return this game for now and give them a few months to make fixes before I buy it again. Well, if it is a lag issue, it's still ridiculous.

Playing on ultra low. That's what you really want on a high performant computer. Of course I reduced the resolution aswell to about 1400x1000. Then set the other settings to medium, anti alaising off and so on. Still nothing.

This is a top-up-to-date MAC with high performance. I replied in a different post, where they had the same issues. And one of the devs answered kind of like this: we are sorry for your issues, but we concentrated to develop and optimize House Flipper for PC and MAC in the first place. And a MacBook is a notebook, and notebooks often have not the performance, like desktops have.

(So a MacBook is apparently not a MAC.) Haha. A MacBook is a MAC.

And a Dell- or HP-Notebook for example is a PC. That does not depend on the case. I have a iMac 27' in my homeoffice. Most of it has similar or comparable components as the MacBook.

That

And it is a desktop. (I did not try it there, as it is my working-computer plus the OS is older than required.) Let us talk in plaintext: They are selling a game as completed and well-engineered. But it is not more than an early beta or early access-version. Look at the whole discussion-thread. It is very telling. Problems, issues, more problems. And it's getting obviously even worse with the patches.

I returned the game for now as PaxCoffee suggested. It did not even last 5 ninutes and I had my money back. I guess thats for a reason: I might not be the first and for sure not be the last. And Steam is already bugged about that many returns:-))) So, maybe another time later again, when the devs did their homeworks. The game would have been nice to play.
