Alan, after I added a new profile through the Outlook Profile Manager, nothing changed. There are no additional options within the settings of Outlook. How do I select the new profile to try to add the Gmail account there instead? What do I do if adding Gmail to a new profile doesn't work? I've tested sending a message through Gmail on a web browser and there is no duplication, so this is entirely an Outlook issue. I'm on Outlook 16.17 subscription on macOS High Sierra.
