We have a user who's Outlook is showing the wrong picture for themselves when they forward/send/receive an email to themselves. We are using SharePoint to post pictures of our employees in the phone directory which are tied to our address book in Exchange. When I draft and/or send an email to him, it shows the correct picture for him but, on his current and soon to be replacement machine, when an email is sent to him or he drafts an email and copies himself on it, the wrong picture shows. It is consistently the wrong person showing so it is not random. Any thoughts? On his PC (current and new) it will be the same Outlook profile and Contacts when you login.

I'm not seeing a variable between his current and replacement PC just thinking it through. I feel the issue is in his profile because if you send an email to him it has the correct picture (you and your profile / Contacts would be the sender of course) Likewise if he sends / drafts an email and copies himself on it, He and his profile would then be the sending party. I think the problem is on his profile. He has a contact listed for himself. If you go to his contact list find the entry and 2x click on it does it display the image you guys feel like is incorrect? If you just delete the contact for him (I'd probably remove it from the nk2 file too) then try it again. I think it might help.
