Outlook 2016 for Mac and Outlook 2011 do not support the ability to change the reply to address. However, there is a work around for both Outlook 2016 for Mac and Outlook 2011 by using the 'Send As' and 'Send on Behalf of' permissions. For Mac systems, we have the latest version of Outlook 2016. Is there a way to send-as a distribution or security group. I've granted the users send-as permission for the groups in Office 365. For Outlook Windows users, they can click From and select Other E-mail Address. But that is unavailable on the Mac version.
