Hi Yannacone, Please follow the steps to add a Shapes ribbon into Insert: 1. Click the Work > choose the Preference > in Word Preferences click the Ribbon & Toolbar. In the Ribbon & Toolbar pane > in customize the Ribbon section: choose Main Tabs > click the Insert > click the '+' to add New group.

In Choose commands from section: choose Popular Commands find the Shapes > click the '>' button add the Shapes into the New Group. Click Save, then go to the Insert you will see the Shapes ribbon.
