Try a complete remove and reinstall of Google Chrome. Sync your profile. Sign into Google Chrome so that all your preferences and bookmarks are safe. When you sign in to Chrome, your info is saved to your Google Account so you can get it whenever you need it. Remove Google Chrome. Go to Applications and move Google Chrome to the Trash.

First make sure that your extension is not disabled in your browser's list of add-ons / extensions. On Windows Close all your browsers and check in the (press CTRL + SHIFT + ESC simultaneously to open it) that there are no active processes with your browsers. You could also restart your computer. Open Dashlane and go to the Extensions menu.

Choose Manage Chrome Extension in the list. This will let you uninstall the extension in Chrome. It will open up Chrome and from here, you can click on Remove Dashlane from Chrome (if you are prompted to install the extension instead, click the button and install it and you’re done here.) On Mac OS X Open the Dashlane application and select Dashlane → Install Browser Extensions in the menu bar at the top of the screen. Choose Manage Chrome Extension. Check that Dashlane is working in Chrome To check that your extension is properly working, please visit (for Outlook) or (for Gmail) for instance. You should see two impalas in the login form. If you do not see anything in the fields, please check that your Dashlane icon is enabled and active and press CTRL R (Windows) or CMD R (Mac OS X) to refresh the page. These impalas will be blue if you already have an Outlook or Gmail account, or gray if you do not have one.

Then open the Dashlane application and: on Windows, select the menu in Extensions → Manage Chrome Extension and click Add it now. Finish set up! On the page that opened. On Mac OS X, select Dashlane → Install Browser Extensions → Manage Chrome Extension in the menu bar at the top of the screen, then click Add it now. Finish set up!
